Born in 2017, the story of 50.8 started with a photo studio near Brussels after a shoot outside Belgium when we noticed that there were no practical, comfy photo studios in Belgium.
Since our very first day, we’ve always tried to make a space that was well thought out so Belgian professional photographers could only think about making pictures and let express their creativity.
Quickly we expanded our offer by launching a photo equipment rental service. Professional photo cameras, lenses, and grip from brands like Fujifilm, Hasselblad, Broncolor, Profoto, Avenger, are available to rent in-house in our studio in Brussels or outside.
The next step was our the creation of a photo equipment shop next to our studios located in Zaventem, Brussels. With the shop, we follow the same vision, a great space where you will be able to see, touch, and try professional photo equipment with the experience and know-how of our team to assist you in your decision. A unique photo store where photo enthusiasts and professionals photographers can explore and experience the different brands we represent and find the tools they need to go further in their artistic adventure.
Our latest project is the launch of our e-shop. In addition to the Brussels photo store, we are now available online, extending our services to the whole of Belgium and Europe with our selection of high-quality professional photo equipment.

Since the first day we’ve always tried to make our photo studios a spaces that was well thought for the professional photographers by offering an ideal shooting space with all comfort and technical needs.
Easily accessible, our studios are situated in Zaventem, near Brussels. We provide easy access from across Belgium, including public transport options and proximity to the airport for international clients.
In few years 50.8 Studio became a reference studio for belgian photographers and for foreign productions shooting in Belgium (thanks to the situation close from the international airport), welcoming brands and celebrities like Stromae, Cartier, Angèle, Dior, Amélie Lens, Delvaux …
