Alstora containers are made from a polypropylene copolymer (PPc) compound, ensuring excellent shock resistance even at low temperatures. All products are manufactured using certified, non-toxic, and recycled resins, which can be fully recycled at the end of their life cycle. The exterior features a pleasant embossed finish.
IP55 and EPDM gasket
The lid features an integrated PDM gasket, making the containers compliant with IP55 certification standards and therefore weather resistant, mold-safe, odor-safe, dust resistant, and dirt resistant.
Fully closing lid
The storage boxes are made of polycarbonate with excellent mechanical properties in terms of resistance to shocks and twisting, flame rated UL94 V2. The internal gasket, which runs along the entire perimeter of the lid, is made of EPDM ensuring protection from dust and water.
The containers feature double-material closing latches, combining Nylon 6 (PA6) for the rigid parts and SEBS (thermoplastic elastomer) for the soft parts.
The ergonomic, scratch-resistant handle provides maximum comfort, optimal handling, and a secure grip, even at low temperatures and in wet or humid conditions.
These extremely strong and durable latches ensure an opening and closing system that guarantees optimal sealing with smooth, elastic movement.
Secure and versatile storage containers
Each container features four non-slip rubber insulating feet for stability and protection.
Both the lid and base have integrated slots designed to accommodate tie-down straps, padlocks, or seals, providing added security.
Additionally, the containers are stackable for efficient storage and can nest inside one another when empty to save space.
