Leofoto GC-404C Geared center column

The GC-404C Geared center column can be used in combination with tripods where you can remove the 100 mm tripod plate, such as the larger tripods of the Summit series. A geared center column is particularly useful if you want to adjust the height with exact precision. Accurate adjustment with a normal center column can sometimes be difficult if you have a heavy camera mounted on the ballhead. With the turning crank of the GC-404C from Leofoto, you can adjust the height by 14mm with each complete swing.
